MTSU Top Model- Season 2 is a reality modeling competition produced in connection with 180 Talent and Advantage Model Development of Franklin, TN.

Unlike any other reality modeling competition, MTSU Top Model only requires that models be over the age of 16 years. Male or female models from plus-size to petite can compete for a one-year contract with 180 Talent and classes from Advantage Model Development and more! We do not discourage anyone from auditioning for our show.

Each Saturday, our models will be filmed participating in a challenge and photo shoot as part of our competition. Professional and semi-professional photographers shoot amazing photographs of each model and return the next Saturday for judging. (Models are not required to live together and will only participate in filming on Saturdays.)

Our panel of judges consists of Kaela Armbrister of 180 Talent/Advantage Model Development, the current week's photographer, an industry professional and a surprise judge that is compatible with that week's episode. Every other week, one or two models will eliminated from the competition until we reach the Final Showdown, a haute couture fashion show in front of the public, family and friends.

MTSU Top Model- Season 1 began in 2006 as a single-cam production for MT10HD. The production crew worked with over 150 people over the course of a semester which included fellow production crew members, models, judges, industry professionals, hair/make-up artists, photographers, artistic directors and many more.

Stephanie Beck Williams of Wilhemina-Dan Agency in Nashville put up a one-year modeling contract as part of the a $3000.00 prize package for Season 1 of MTSU Top Model. The prize package included many other prizes from local and district businesses.
